Performance Enhancements
Estimated launch: Early Q1
I get reports from users that T3 slows down their Metrc experience. I have a handful of changes in an upcoming update that will improve this significantly.
Multi-Transfer Scan Sheets
Estimated launch: Early Q1 (<1 week)
In response to high demand, T3 scan sheets are being upgraded:
- Scan sheets will be able to be created in Google Docs, downloaded as an XLSX, or emailed as an XLSX.
- Scan sheets will support any number of incoming, outgoing, or rejected transfers.
V2 Label Generation
Estimated launch: Early Q1
In response to high user demand, T3 label generation is being upgraded:
- Additional label templates being added, included MI package labels w/ package/testing and safety disclosures
- Label generation is being added to the T3 API
- Label selection interface in T3 Chrome extension is being totally rebuilt
t3py Python package
Estimated launch: Late Q1
A number of companies have been using Python scripts to solve their Metrc problems. The results have been wildly successful and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
In response to this successful rollout, I'm releasing t3py, a command line Python script that makes talking to the T3 API simple. Generate reports, download bulk data, or generate labels all with a simple command line interface.
Automated Reports
Estimated launch: Late Q2
T3+ users will be able to:
- Automatically generate reports and have it sent to their email address on a recurring basis.
- Automatically get notifications when Metrc events occur, such as new transfers appearing.
OpenTag
Estimated launch: Early Q3
The waitlist for OpenTag continues to grow, and the project continues to take shape. For now, developing the app is secondary to maintaining the rest of the platform, but I am making progress.
- I have a prototype app in working that includes RFID support. It's not yet deployed to any app store.
- Device support includes all iOS/Android devices, and the C72 RFID scanner.
- I've lined up a supplier for the C72 RFID scanner, which is the only supported RFID scanning device.
