How can T3 help our Testing Lab??? (New to Metrc)

Hello! I work admin at a small testing lab. We just started with Metrc here in IL, & navigating the switch from Biotrack has been hectic!!! There is a lot of pressure on the Testing Labs to quickly transfer over "virtual samples" from Biotrack, as well as input results for what we are currently testing. We are talking results for thousands of samples. LIMS/Confident Cannabis has not gotten their API working for us yet as-promised to transfer lab results directly, so we are entering everything MANUALLY. Support from both Metrc & LIMS has not been super helpful. We are a small lab, so we do not have in-house IT department, so the Metrc-provided "training" is all we have to go on. T3 to the rescue???? I'm wondering if/how T3 can help us with this transition...especially while we are waiting for the LIMS API & entering manually. Thoughts & Ideas? Thoughts & Prayers? ugh.
