Way to create filter that notifies a transport company when an order is approaching the 96-hour window

Hey all! I work for a small transport company, and we've had an issue w/ orders coming close to (or in a few cases over-exceeding) the 96-hour window we have to hold product. Is there a way that I can create a filter w/ T3 that alerts me when an order is approaching this window?

Sometimes it's difficult to keep track, because we might pick something up at 8AM, and it'll be delivered two days later, but maybe not til 10PM, and we deal w/ a lot of bulk where there could be a whole bible of Metrc tags.
