Automate Package to Batch to Flowering

When we receive plants from other licensees, they come as package tags, which we then convert into plant tags. Is there a way for T3 to help us bypass the manual steps of going from Package to Immature Batch to Flowering? If we know a plant needs to be moved to the flowering stage immediately, being able to have T3 instantly transition it would save us time.
