T3 crashes after using search bar

Receiving intermittent user reports of Chrome crashing after entering a search in the T3 search bar.

Currently investigating, but it seems that the parallel queries the search engine is dispatching might be overwhelming the browser. Search infrastructure has remained unchanged, unclear why this issue has not presented previously.
